Searching the item
Lowell HomePage displays a list of the products categories classified on basis of their uses. You may click on a category to browse into further divided sub-categories that present our comprehensive range of items. Products by clicking on any item listed there in you can view the details of the item along with its picture, price and other specification making your choice easier.

You may alternatively use our power search to direct reach a product / category of you intrest.

Sample Policy

1. Extra charges are applicable for all the samples shipped by us to our customer
2. In case of inquires coming from Internet, we always ask, buyer to bear the courier cost.
3. Buyer has to give international courier account number with Fed Ex / DHL / UPS / TNT or similar courier to send sample on freight collect basis.

Placing a order
You can follow these simple steps to place an order with Lowell Designer Craft

a) Adding Item to cart
By simple clicking quantity you wish to buy of an item and then add item to cart. Each time you add an item to your cart, the screen will display your shopping cart contents. You may continue adding items that you intend to purchase to your shopping cart, until you wish to checkout.

b) Checking out
After you have finished selecting item's. You can review the list & prices of your chosen item/s. You may add more items, remove anyitem/s that you do not wish to purchase or change quantity of purchases form the list before checking out. After reviewing the items listed in shopping cart and their pricing details, you can click on "Check Out" button to start ordering process.

c) Giving delivery details
In the ordering process, you wil be asked to give us the delivery details including the delivery address, before you confirm your order, you will be shown all the order details along with the shipping and other charges.

d) Making Payment
After confirming the order, you will be required to choose a suitable payment option to complete the ordering process.

1. Full Advance Payment
For small order of value less than USD 1000, we accept only full advance payment as it minimizes the bank charges involved in other methods of payment. You may send payment by telegraphic transfer ( TT ) or wire transfer to our bankers under intimation to us. On request we will provide you our bank Details.

2. Part Payment Advanced
For larger order, we can take 50% value in Advanced against our performa, balance payment is payable against delivery of document through you bank.

3. Letter of Credit
For bulk order, we can accept Irrevocable letter of credit opened from prime bank.

e) Confirmation & Delivery
As soon as we receive the payment authorization, A confirmation mail will be sent to you. You can also check the statuts of your order by clicking on ‘ORDER HISTORY’ link on the my account page at any point of time.

Canceling an order
You can cancel any order placed by you on the store, provided that it has not entered the shipping process. The cancel an order link will not be available after you order has entered, the shipping process.

Search advance search
Lowell offer a vast variety of products, you may use the search and search with in category utilities available on the post ail to make your product search easy.

Item Search :- You may simply type the by word that you with to look for the test box on top of each page on the port ail and press ‘Go’. The resulting page will display al related products available at Lowell.

Using My Account
Updating my account details. You can change. You’re my account details ( EG, Contact Address, Telephone Number ETC) available with us by logging into my account and accessing the my profile page where you can view your personal details submitted to us, by clicking the edit profile button, you will be able to update any information therein.

Changing Password
You can change your login password by Login my account and accessing the my profile page. On clicking the change password button. Clicking on ‘Change’ button will assign you the desired password reviewing your previous purchases. You can easily view all order placed by you in the past at Lowell with states of each order by login in to my account page and clicking on ‘order history goods.
